Artwork
requirements:
Digital artwork:
- Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign preferred.
- Trimmed size 285mm x 210mm text area 262 mm
x 190 mm wide.
- Screen ruling 133 dpi (all colour CMYK)
- Please supply fonts.
- Typed copy and instructions preferable to those
which are handwritten, (Word 98, or prior)
Photographs:
- colour or black & white prints.
- Original logo/letterhead preferable to photocopy
or fax copy.
- Camera Ready COPY will ensure your ad is printed
precisely the way you intended.
- Rough copy or vague instructions may result
in an unsatisfactory result despite our best efforts.
- Faxed copy will be a guide only, original required
unless you wish us to reset artwork
Display Billing:
Pre payment is required with casual and first time
advertisements.
Billing will be sent with a copy of the magazine
on subsequent issues and payment is required within
30 days, otherwise further publication may be withdrawn.
Copy Deadline:
1st of the month (6 weeks prior) eg: 1st November
for January issue.
Distribution:
21st of the month prior to the cover month.
Changes:
All Changes to advertising must be received in
writing.
Cancellations - 6 weeks notice required.
